Key Projects Include
- Preventing Death by Lecture™ and Preventing Death by PowerPoint™: Designed workshop and materials for a licensed train-the-trainer curriculum that provides tools and ideas to make presentations engaging as well as educational.
- Creating Satisfied Customers by Engaging Employees: Collaborated with local government management team to significantly raise customer and employee satisfaction scores. Designed surveys, and conducted focus groups, 360 feedbacks, training and interventions aimed at helping employees see the bigger picture and feel a valued part of the team.
- Refocusing Leaders on Organizational Goals: Coached executives within a small growing company to transition to a strategic leadership model, eliminating departmental silos and promoting joint responsibility for company goals and results.
- Creating a Culture of Customer Service Excellence: Developed and delivered intense experiential customer service training for personnel of an upscale adult daycare facility. This customized training based on the Ritz Carlton model, elicited new attitudes and behaviors that raised the bar for customer service.
- Facilitating Crucial Conversations: Provided intervention techniques to resolve conflict and transform a toxic work environment into a productive place where employees communicated openly, shared duties and found joy in their work and each other.
